Sisyrinchium angustifolia (Blue eyed grass)

Leptinella squalida ‘Platts Black’, makes a dense mat of unusual feathery purple-black foliage with green tips. Insignificant gold-green flowers are produced in summer. It’s ideal for planting at the edge of pathways or using in cracks between flagstones.
Leptinella squalida ‘Platts Black’ is easy to grow, especially in moist but well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. Divide clumps in spring.
